Red Clay Education Association would like to welcome you to our website.

Red Clay Education Association is an affiliate of the National Education Association and the Delaware State Education Association. We represent more than 1000 teachers in the Red Clay Consolidated School District in New Castle County, Delaware.

We hope that you are having a wonderful 2011-2012 school year!

Red Clay and RCEA are still in negotiations for a new contract. The last contract has been temporarily extended until the new contract has been ratified. Updates will come when available.
